This outfit has everything I love.Neon,  drapey shirts with ballet-like layers, crisp black shorts,and lots of gold. I’m slightly obsessed with these awesome cuffs I picked up last week from Lolly and Lou. They’ve been in Mom’s shop for a bit, but I never noticed them!
