New Challenge

So, I’ve reached my initial goal of 135, but there are still some areas that I’m not happy with {gross lower tummy, I’m talking to you!}. So, my goal for the next month is to run 100 miles. Doesn’t matter if I do it 3 miles a day, or knock it out in eight 12- milers, just do it. Concrete goals help me focus so much more than saying something like “run more”. Since we’re going to Austin next week, we shall see how this goes 🙂
